Life presents us with many moments of change, loss, and stress. While we can’t always avoid the hardships of life, we don’t have to navigate it alone. As a therapist, I offer a supportive and compassionate space for you.

Individual therapy

I provide individual therapy for adults (18 years or older). My relational approach to therapy provides a compassionate space for my clients to explore their stories and gain insight.


Groups

Groups are an opportunity to learn, discover and integrate insight with peers. This mutual work can provide diverse feedback and support for your wellness.

Speaking and training

In my 20 year career in higher education and ministry, I have facilitated numerous trainings on leadership and mental health. Topics included grief, positive body image, anxiety/stress management, burnout, self-care, relationships, Enneagram, vocation, and spiritual development. I am available for trainings, panels, or retreats.


Fees

My fee is $150 for a 50-minute session. I also accept BCBS, BCN, Aetna and Cofinity.

If your insurance is not listed I can provide you with a receipt (“superbill”) of my services to submit for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to inquire if they cover services for an out of network provider prior to our first appointment.

If finances are a barrier to your ability to access services, please ask me about my reduced rates.
